The Ronald S. Roadburg Residences is a 45-unit apartment building located in Richmond, acquired by Tikva Housing in May 2025.

This acquisition marks the largest in Tikva’s history and represents a major step forward in addressing the housing crisis in one of Metro Vancouver’s most competitive rental markets.

The purchase was made possible through a transformational gift from the Ronald S. Roadburg Foundation and capital funding from BC’s Rental Protection Fund, which supports non-profit organizations in acquiring rental housing at risk of being lost to private redevelopment.

The building includes:

• Thirty (30) two-bedroom units

• Fifteen (15) one-bedroom units
