Low to moderate-income individuals and families are moving into 20 new affordable rental homes in Burnaby. Susana Cogan Place is Tikva's most recent affordable housing project, developed in partnership with Polygon Homes and made possible with financial support from BC Housing

Tikva Housing Society is extremely excited to announce the purchase of a four-story apartment building that will offer affordable housing close to synagogues, schools and other amenities in Vancouver’s Jewish community.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and Tikva Rental Housing Society have come together to make 138 new affordable homes available in Vancouver as part of an innovative partnership with the City of Vancouver.  

We are thrilled to share that the Ronald S. Roadburg Foundation has provided a grant of $255,000 to Tikva Housing Society to support our mission to offer affordable housing solutions to our Jewish community.

The Tikva Housing Society (Tikva Housing) Board is delighted to announce that Anat Gogo has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Tikva Housing. Gogo has worked with Tikva Housing for more than six years and has fulfilled a range of roles throughout the organization, most recently as the Manager of Programs and Donor Relations, where she oversaw external affairs and donor and community relations.

Residents of six buildings will soon benefit from renovations that will make homes safer, more energy-efficient, less polluting and more resilient to extreme weather.

Six design teams have been selected to develop retrofit designs for six low- to mid-rise social housing buildings in Kamloops, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Vancouver and Victoria.
