Building Stability and Strengthening Community: Tikva Housing’s 2024–2025 Impact Report
Tikva Housing is pleased to share the impact achieved during our September 2024 to August 2025 fiscal year: a period defined by growing need and meaningful progress.
As affordability pressures intensify across Metro Vancouver, housing insecurity is affecting seniors, working families, and newcomers alike. In response, Tikva remained focused on growth, partnership, and long-term housing stability.
2024–2025 By the Numbers:
213 housing units across eight properties in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond housing nearly 500 individuals
45 new units added through the acquisition of the Ronald S. Roadburg Residences in Richmond
Dozens supported through the Rent Relief Program to prevent displacement
499 applicants currently on the Jewish Housing Registry, including 173 seniors and 125 families with children
Since our first acquisition in 2007, every addition to Tikva’s portfolio has represented more than housing — it has represented dignity, stability, and connection to community.
At the same time, demand continues to outpace supply. Increasingly, working-age individuals and families are turning to Tikva in search of continuity, belonging, and security.
The 2024–2025 Impact Report reflects both progress and urgency. It highlights the partnerships, growth, and community leadership that made this year possible — while underscoring the work still ahead.
We invite you to explore the full report and see how, together, we are building stability and strengthening our community.
Todah Rabah to the staff, board members, partners, donors, and tenants who make this work possible.
