Tikva Housing Society Appoints Anat Gogo as Executive Director

The Tikva Housing Society (Tikva Housing) Board is delighted to announce that Anat Gogo has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Tikva Housing. Gogo has worked with Tikva Housing for more than six years and has fulfilled a range of roles throughout the organization, most recently as the Manager of Programs and Donor Relations, where she oversaw external affairs and donor and community relations.

“The affordable housing issues in our communities across British Columbia continue to grow. I am honoured to take on the role of Executive Director and to continue the mission and vision of Tikva Housing,” said Gogo. “I am excited to carry out the important work of growing our housing portfolio to meet the unprecedented demand of our community for affordable housing and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).”

Gogo is a respected leader within Tikva Housing, the Jewish Community and Greater Vancouver’s affordable housing sector. With Gogo’s extensive background in social housing and her long-standing commitment, the Board looks forward to her leadership, strong advocacy, and perseverance to achieve the goals the Board has set for the future of Tikva Housing and its service to those in need of affordable housing in the province.

“As we welcome Rosh Hashana and this exciting next chapter on an unprecedented growth trajectory, we are very pleased to welcome Anat as our new Executive Director and have full confidence in her ability to lead Tikva Housing,” said Rhonda Sacks, Tikva Board Chair.
