Susana Cogan Place comprises 20 affordable units within Byrnepark, a five-storey residential building in Burnaby. Added to Tikva’s portfolio in the summer of 2023, this project was developed in partnership with Polygon and made possible with financial support from BC Housing.

We proudly named our floor the Susana Cogan Place in loving memory of Susana Cogan z”l. Cogan was the driving force behind Tikva Housing from 2006 to 2017. She was instrumental in acquiring the Dany Guincher House, building the partnership, and securing the capital donations that made the Diamond Residences (Storeys) and the Ben and Esther Dayson Residences possible.
